Spaghetti Sauce
A hearty meat-and-vegetable tomato sauce for a big pot of spaghetti.
Preparation
- Brown the ground beef (or pork) in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the celery, onion, bell peppers, and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and seasonings.
- Simmer at least an hour, stirring occasionally, and adjust the seasoning to taste before serving.
